量表介紹
這份量表測量個體在有壓力的情境中，能夠彈性、有效且堅毅地對付問題的傾向。
韌性/復原力能夠減少人生起伏可能對個體帶來的傷害。例如，有韌性/復原力的絕症或創傷後壓力症候群患者通常能夠維持更好的生活品質。
